SIMON MCCORMACK - DIRECTOR...

Simon began his career as a retoucher in the early 90's, later establishing his own studio and eventually moving to London to service a growing international client base. He has worked with some of the worlds most renowned automotive, fashion, and advertising photographers, and has been represented as an independent retouch artist, gathering a vast amount of experience. His work has been seen in publications such as PDN, Victor magazine and Lurzers Archive. While his own photography has appeared in Creative Review and in D&AD exhibitions. In recent years Simon has worked at the forefront of CGI for print, in both hands-on roles and as Creative Director leading teams of artists.

Driven by the desire to create outstanding imagery, Denny's work philosophy is to continually push the boundaries in print advertising imagery. Since entering the retouching industry in the late 1990s, Denny has developed a solid reputation by providing exceptional solutions for his clients and exceeding their creative expectations. He has contributed to countless award-winning campaigns and received accolades at major advertising festivals including Cannes, D&AD, One Show and Clio among others.
Denny was formerly Head of Creative Retouching at Saatchi & Saatchi Auckland, and DDB Sydney before returning home to establish New Zealand's first high-end CGI / creative retouching studio – Engineered - later evolving to become Lightfarm Studios."Plain and simple... our work speaks for itself. MAT BLAMIRES - DIRECTOR...

Mat teams up with LightFarm Studios with nearly 20 years experience in the advertising industry.
Over that time he’s been involved in numerous campaigns worldwide, winning awards such as Gold Cannes Lions, Gold Clio, Gold at New York Festival and Grand Axis to name a few. His work has been seen in D&AD, Lurzers Archive and Campaign Brief, and has just been included in Archive’s Top 200 Commercial Photographers for 2010/1. He has representation in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and the USA.
Mat has been working towards the creation of a top level post production house for a number of years, and is thrilled to be part of the creative team at LightFarm Studios. "The team is a strong and diverse collective of talents, allowing us to create effective solutions to any brief from the industry".

JASON KING - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER...

Jason began his career at PCL, New Zealand's premier photographic lab way back in 1988, (when Duran Duran and Kylie Minogue were cool the first time around!) 9 years later he set up New Zealand's first retouching studio 'The Lounge' where he spent the next 14 years working with NZ's top photographers and advertising agencies building a reputation for superior client management and post production skills. "Getting the job done on time, on budget and exceeding client expectations, all the while doing it with a smile on my face (most of the time) is what I'm all about!"
